MDG Community Development Framework (Rights Based) developed by Worldview Sri Lanka through Grassroots Community Consultations based on UN Millennium Development Goals facilitated by Dilanthe Withanage and his team in 2008 as a part of the Building Community Leadership in Achieving MDG Program With the Development Partnership of American Jewish World service.
