MDG Team, Worldview Sri Lanka is making all arrangements to produce MDG Newsletter from January 2007. This monthly newsletter will primarily focus on community participation and leadership in achieving MDGs in Sri Lanka.
This newsletter is a part of the MDG Public Awareness and Advocacy Program component of the Multi Stakeholder MDG Program (2006-2015).

Community Health Support (Volunteer) Network (CHN) to Support Achieving MDG â??Health Targets |

Worldview Sri Lanka is preparing necessary plans and infrastructure to establish CHN- Community Health Support (Volunteer) Network to assist all Pilot MDG Villages to achieve MDG Health Targets.
It is proposed to establish CHNs from January 2007. This is one of the recommendations made by Community Leaders at the Multi Stakeholder National MDG Conference held in September 2006. According to this five(5) from each Pilot MDG Village will be trained on how to support and promote health related targets at their respective villages. |
